What is biodynamic farming?
It's a type of conscious, participatory farming that revolves around soil and field preparations designed to increase soil health & microbiology. Biodynamic wines often taste singular and lively. This is a great chance to try many all at once.... on a full moon, no less.

Chablis Masterclass 10/17 6:30pm at In Vino Veritas
Chablis is one of Burgundy's most unique sub-regions, producing crystalline wines packed full of briney minerality. It's a wine region where you can grab a handful of soil and almost always sift out seashell fossils from the ancient sea bed it once was. At this masterclass, we'll explore the subregions of Chablis, and learn what makes wine from here so unique, singular, and unforgettable.
