What is biodynamic farming?
It's a type of conscious, participatory farming that revolves around soil and field preparations designed to increase soil health & microbiology. Biodynamic wines often taste singular and lively. This is a great chance to try many all at once.... on a full moon, no less.

At this event,Garry Moore took us on an exploration of wines from some lesser-known wine regions in the US, including pineapple sparkling wine from Hawaii, a rich and powerful Bordeaux-style bend from New York's North Fork of Long Island, and Michigan Pinot Blanc...
